| Devin Hollands, CTP CCM
Graduate of University of Buffalo (BS), (Certificate in Management
& Accounting). Devin began his career in public accounting at KPMG
Peat Marwick focusing on audit and tax work. He then served as an
internal auditor for HSBC specializing in operational audits of the
branch banking system. Devin spent five years forming and operating
businesses in the South Pacific Islands. Since his return to the United
States in 1994 Devin has taken on controllership positions in numerous
distressed and under performing companies as a financial consultant
with national consulting firms. As both a cash manager and interim
controller he has played key roles in the stabilization and turnaround
of both publicly held and privately owned companies. He has a proven
track record in effective vendor and creditor negotiations. Devin has
given expert witness testimony in Federal Bankruptcy Court as part of a
successful operational turnaround. His specialties include forensic
accounting, asset based lending reviews and fraud investigation. He is
an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and is the
chair of the American Bankruptcy Institutes: “Non-Chapter 11
Procedures for Restructuring” Task Force, the Association of
Certified Turnaround Professionals and the Association for Financial
Professionals. |
