| As a graduate of Arizona
State University (BS), Cynthia began her career in public accounting at
PricewaterhouseCoopers with an initial focus on auditing financial
statements and a later focus on assisting small business owners and
professional athletes with tax and financial planning needs. Cynthia
joined Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. where she provided tax services
to multiple entities in the food and entertainment industries.
Subsequently persuaded by Arthur Andersen LLP to join their financial
planning team, Cynthia continued providing tax and financial planning
services to small business owners and corporate executives. Cynthia
then became the CFO for a Michigan-based retail restaurant franchiser
and wholesale distributor where she played a key role in the
company’s turnaround to financial strength. For the three years
prior to joining New England Consulting Partners, LLC Cynthia was
engaged as a consultant in various capacities for several distressed
companies. Cynthia is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified
Financial Planner. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs,
Michigan Association of CPAs, Turnaround Management Association and
Association for Corporate Growth. |
