| As
a graduate of Northern Michigan University (BS), Gary began
his public accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers;
focusing on audit engagements with an emphasis on
manufacturing and real estate clients. He then served as
Chief Financial Officer of a pharmaceutical distribution
company, Specialized Pharmacy Services, which later merged
via a pooling with Omnicare, Inc. After the merger he was
promoted to regional CFO responsible for more than $1
billion in annual revenue. His major accomplishments at
Omnicare, Inc. include more than twenty acquisitions and
pharmacy distribution center consolidations. He also
established best practices across all operating units that
optimized performance and dramatically improved stockholder
value. For the past five years, Gary has provided consulting
services to public and private companies; these services
included acquisitions, budgeting, Chapter 11 reorganization,
consolidations, debt restructuring, divestitures, and
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for a Fortune 500 company. Gary is
an active member of the Michigan Association of CPAs, the
American Institute of CPAs, and the Financial Executives
Institute. |
